Shortcuts on iPad

When using the iPad running iOS 8 and then double tapping the home button you now get the Latest contacts in top of the screen.
But when tapping on one contact I only get the option to contact this person by iMessage. I want to be able to contact via FaceTime, iMessage, phone etc. Why is that? On my iPhone it works perfectly with icons for mobile, messages, FaceTime video and FaceTime voice.
