Can anyone help me add a shortcut from my homescreen to caller ID settings on ios8?
Thanks in advance

Thanks. I believe it as possible for ios5 and earlier without needing to jailbreak by using some apps available on the App Store, but struggling with ios8...

That has not been possible ever on iOS, at least, it's never been possible for an app to create a homescreen shortcut to something in Settings.

Edit: I was not fully correct, as per my later post.

I believe this was doable at least using web shortcuts saved to the home screen: http://thenextweb.com/apps/2011/11/...widgets-to-your-iphone-no-jailbreak-required/

More recently similar idea was done with apps like Launcher that allowed for similar shortcuts in a notification center widget, but that has been pulled by Apple essentially (although there are some somewhat similar apps like or Quick-Tap or Quickiee that are somewhat more limited).

Gotcha, I did vaguely remember something like that, but either way it's long since ceased to be possible.
