I note some of the articles/threads elsewhere relating to a recent places feature of (I think) previous versions of OSX. Is there anything equivalent in Mountain Lion? All My Files does not list folders conveniently/at all. If I am working in a complicated folder tree I want to be able to jump from any program into a current work folder - is this possible? Windows' Recent Places list in Favourites is exactly what I'm talking about.

A colleague suggests using cmd + space to use Spotlight to search for the folder, but this means you need to know the exact name, and in any case seems unable to work with networked folders.

Very grateful for any pointers.
