I think I knew the answer to this question but poking around in Settings and in the Watch app didn't answer my question, and neither has Google or searching here...I think I had my watch set up so that only the four or five workout types that I frequently use on the Watch itself. A lot of my Watch settings got disturbed when I changed phones and now the Watch displays the entire list. It's not a big issue but I'd rather shorten the list. Am I crazy? - isn't there a setting limit the list of workout types on the Watch? Thanks for any tips.

All Workouts show. it is just after you use them a couple of times they move to the top of the list. So your most used will move to the top of the list as you use them. This is what you were seeing on your last watch. You just never need to scroll down so the list looked short.

Maybe my memory is off? I knew that they re-order by frequency of use. I thought I remembered being able to take some off the list, sort of the way you can pick which apps are in the dock.
