The billing cycle for my ATT account ends on the 22nd. If I were to go ahead and activate it now, will I get charge a whole week's data fee? I ordered my iphone from ATT online.

You'll get a weeks worth of prorated charges to your bill. Go ahead and activate it unless you want to show it off as a paperweight.

I heard if you activate it on september 30 the antenna problem will be fixed. :D

/jk but yeah just do it now, ($15) for 1500 texts, OLD PLAN $14 for 1500, and then new plan $1 for 1500. So basically they do a little math for you.

What do you mean by prorated charges?

Prorating means charging for what was used. They will only charge you how much it costs for while it was active. Say your monthly bill is $100 and you use it 7 days of that first billing cycle, you will be charged around $25.
