Hello,

Tomorrow will be last day for a refund on my ipad2. My ipad2 screen look warmer (yellowish) than my girlfriend's ipad2 ( her look blueish). Did anyone from apple confirmed that it is normal to have different screen color ? I would fell more comfortable if someone from apple confirmed that the yellowish screen is perfectly normal.

Thanks

Yes, if the yellowing is horribly notable, get it swapped.

And I highly doubt Apple will acknowledge such an issue.

If it's just warmer than it's fine. As a matter of fact I prefer a warmer tone to all my displays.

If I remember correctly they actually did mention it and it turned out to be the adhesive they used for the screen and touch panel but they said it would go away with time.

There were some posts about this in the iPhone and iPad forums and you'll just have to search for it but there weren't any lingering problems with this.

If it bothers you so much just go and get a new one from Apple.

I would trade in the blueish one and exchange it for a more yellow one
problem solved

who says the blueish tint is the correct one ?, I prefer the more yellow color.

The truth is, real color spectrum is always warmer. A cool color spectrum is not realistic, although some people prefer it.
