Should I buy a retina MBP now

I wanted to buy the new retina MBP. I will be traveling next week and I really wanted to bring it with me, however there is a 3-4 week wait on these things. Apple usually ship things pretty fast though, but there is still a high chance that it would not arrive. Should I just order it and hope it will arrive or should I go for other MacBooks that are in stock like the normal 15 MBP?

seriously? sometimes apple is quite liberal with shipping times but you are obviously not going to get it in a week.
