Should I buy a used Macbook pro?

I saw this Macbook pro on Ebay. It has tiger instead of Leopard but does come with Apple care.

I wondering if I should just buy a new one?

Although the laptop is a Cadillac of laptops I convinced my son that he would be better of with the ability to run Microsoft programs so I bought him a Gateway laptop recently.

Guy's a freaking idiot. They run Windows, you moron!

Yeah, go for it. Ask if there are any dents, dead pixels, dead ports, etc.

Check on Apple Refurb to see if they have better prices. If they don't, bid (or Buy It Now)!

Oh yea, ask about the condition of the computer.

No chance I'd pay the Buy it Now price.

There is a refurb from the Apple Store with better specs for $50 less .... and you know you can trust Apple to actually send it.
