Should i buy an 17" iMac 1.83 Ghz

I found a cheap :apple:iMac Core Dou 1.83:apple: i want to use i with an external monitor so i have a bigger screen. Would it be good for light weight video/photo editing and browsing the web? Also can I watch 720 p YouTube movies.:D
