Should i buy an adaptor now ?

I am patiently waiting for the new rMBP to come and I heard that apple may replace all USB ports with a USB-C but I still want to use the regular USB.

So should I get an adaptor or no ? And which one ?
Thunderbolt to USB or USB-C to USB ?

The reason is because I can get it now cheaper than later.

You might as well wait. USB-C is a very large standard and the release of a new MacBook Pro isn't going to change the price of simple adapters/cables on sites such as Monoprice:
