Should I buy iphone 4 from Canada

In canada, they sell unlocked iphone 4 16GB for $744 (after tax, currency conversion charge). But now jailbreak and unlock for iphone 4 just came out. Should I still buy iphone 4 from Canada? Do the factory unlocked iphone 4 have any advantages over US iphone 4. In the US, they sell iphone 4 for around $600. So the price difference is $144.

Please help me to decide

Factory Unlocked:
No need to worry about waiting for next unlock to be released
Upgrade Firmware no problem
Higher resale value than ATT locked/unlocked iphone

ATT Locked:
Cheaper

Well, I don't plan to resell my iphone 4 so I think resell value doesn't apply to me. The only things I'm worried is the signal issue with iphone 4. I don't know if canadian iphone 4 will have better signal reception than the US unlocked iphone 4. Will ultrasnow unlock cause any signal reception for iphone 4? I have US unlocked iphone 3G with ultrasnow and my signal reception is horrible.
