Should I buy last years 15 inch?

I can't afford the new macbook pros so i will have to buy an old model. how do these specs look?

That's what I bought earlier this year. It's awesome. I'm soooo glad I bought this when I did. If I hadn't upgraded then, I would be buying the 2015 2.2GHz refurb right now for $1699. I don't need an Emoji bar and an extra $700 tacked on to my price, not to mention the $150-$200 in USB-C adapters I'd need to buy along with it.
