Should I buy this MacBook Pro

I was looking on eBay for a MacBook Pro and I found the one I want, but in one of the screenshots I saw something on the screen that looked like damage. Can you tell me what this is and if it is an issue or how hard will it be to fix, many thanks

I have asked him but he has not replied yet

If it's an issue it's about as hard to fix as to earn $700 for a replacement retina display
If its non retina 15" than 500

I wouldn't buy THAT one. The display looks marred.

Why are you buying on eBay?
There are definitely better places from which to shop...
