Hi guys I have found this MacBook pro 2.5ghz on this website
It costs only 500 pounds but I have a slight feeling it might be to good to be true.

This company has its own office(supposedly) and they do allow returns.Payment can be through google wallet so I suppose that bit would be safe.

Anyway here is the URL http://www.myonoff.co.uk/products/apple-macbook-pro-md101b-a-13-laptop

Could any of the "wise guys" around here please give a rookie some advice

Many thanks

If its too good to be true it probably is. But a 2012 mbp for half off is sketchy. Unsure of how many. U.s. dollars is 500 pounds

I would be very wary. They only set there website up in July 2012. Even though they say they do returns, actually doing a return may be a different matter!

£500 is very cheap - 50% off...I don't see how they could offer those prices? Surely they can't even get them at those prices from Apple?

And I think that is a mobile number as a 'contact us' number?.... Avoid if you ask me!

Right he said it is half price to advertise our shop

iM gonna be bold I can't afford over 600 so guys I'll order could be stupid
But you only live one life

Well since they offer google checkout why not try it if you have the money lying around?

i bought a washing machine from there for about month ago, i payed with google checkout, everything is fine exept that i had to wait for 3 weeks what is a quite long time so if you need it fast then not the best place where to buy but if you have time then it is quite ok

Subscribing to this thread just to see the tears later on.

OR, this guy is the owner of the site and will come back and say "HEY GUYZ, I GOT IT, IT'S AWESOME".

This is a typical chinese looking scam site, there's been loads like it.

And they always specialise in Apple stuff too, it's their favourite product to scam with.
I mean ****, the contact is just a gmail address E-Mail: myonoff.store.info@gmail.com

And to the person above who just happened to have used the site recently, stumbled across this thread and replied, wow that's a co-incidence.
Such a little known, new and scammy looking site getting so many people on this forum using it!

Don't be an idiot.

If I said what I really thought right now, the mods would surely ban me.

Take your scams somewhere else, OP.

He's a moron or the person who actually ran that website (it's gone now), pretty easy to deduce that.

Hope you haven't buy it, based on comments here!

No, they're an obvious scam site, these people are just morons who're getting exactly what they deserve for being gullible fools.

How do you figure that it is the fault of the people that have been scammed? My understanding of the law is that the person committing the crime is the one in the wrong.
I find your comment very hurtful to people like myself whom have been the victim of a scam. I can assure you that I am not a moron but just an unfortunate victim of the society we live in. Namely people that make a living by thieving from others, obviously not an ounce of morality in their body.
