Hi guys,

As the title, should i call them first .?, i don't want to explain one more time to their AASP.

There is three issues on my mbp right now,
it is quiet long to explain it.

Thanks

No you don't need to call. Just go to the Apple Store.

You should make a "Genius Bar" appointment in advance though so that someone will be available to see you.

You only need to call Apple Care in advance if for some reason you think your AppleCare is invalid or something.
