Should I consider 2-year contract iPhone 6?

I am currently an iPhone 5 user and my carrier is T-Mobile. Family plan $22/mon.
Seems $199 for a new phone is nice.

I may be wrong because I am not with TMobile but I don't think that they subsidize phones. Perhaps they have some sort of installment plan similar to AT&T Next but I thought they only do phones bought full price
