Should I delete some apps/games prior to iOS5?

1) I plan on setting it as a backup when iOS5 asks me to and I have 2 iPhone 4 and 2 iPads that different members of my family uses so its going to take a while.

I was thinking of deleting some apps (games) that take up huge memory.

Would make the process faster? yes or no?

2) Also with iCloud... 2 out of the 4 devices belong to me but everyone uses the same iTunes account. Is this recommend when iCloud releases? Any way for us to use iCloud seperatly?

Like I dont want what my bro downloads to then automatically download to my iPad through iClouds.

3) Lastly can I make more iTunes accounts but use the same credit card? Because each person in my family has their own email and right now we just use my dad's credit card.

Unless you want all of your Contacts to merge together, I say make separate accounts for iCloud for each iPhone user, but keep the same account for App/media downloads.

My MobileMe account is the account I use for iCloud and App Store/iTunes.
