The reason why I’m asking is because I accidentally tapped on that app and “home” would like to send you critical alert message popped up and my phone froze. I don’t want to experience that again. I had to hard reset. What would you recommend?

Or: press and hold on the app icon, select “remove app,” then select “remove from Home Screen.”

Just takes it out of your way, but is there in the future if you want/need it.

You encountered a standard dialogue asking for permission. The phone froze. That happens sometimes to all devices. And you had to hard reset, which is a standard procedure for this sort of thing.

These are all things that happen sometimes when using devices. You will experience it again at some point. The only way to never have it happen to you again is to not use phones or other devices at all.
