should i downgrade to 3.1.2?

hi im a new iphone user, so im kindof ignorant about all this stuff and really hoping i can learn some new things on here.

My question is, shud i downgrade to 3.1.2 from 3.1.3, i already have cydia on my 2g iphone, and is already unlocked, so is it jailbroken or whatever the term is?
