iPhone XS Max Should I drop my Asurion insurance in favor of Apple Care+ loss and theft for my iPhone XS Max?

I haven't ever had to deal with Asurion yet ( I have it through Verizon) so I didn't know what the deductibles were or anything and it's really hard to find information on Asurion's website. The nearest apple store is 2 hours away for me. Can someone run me through the pros and the cons of each? I do have AppleCare plus for my new 44mm Apple Watch series 4.
