Should I get a new amp for my 2009 MBP

Current set up:
-2009 13" MBP
-1300 albums ripped at 320kps mp3
-Belkin audio cable
-Rotel RA-931 amp
-Mission 752 speakers

A. Does the 2009 MBP come with a dual optical / analog audio out port?
B. Would I be better off getting an external optical DAC

I'm not looking to spend huge cash on this, but would be interested in getting a bit more audiophile, if that's possible...
In the 'old days' I was a big fan of vinyl Naim audio, that sort of thing

Thoughts?
