Hi guys I was wondering if I should get a new ipod form the auction. The dealer says she got it free from a lucky draw, and not intending to use it so she's selling it. Should I get the ipod? The photo she showed me, shows that her iPod is sealed. Anyway can I get to send it for service if it doesn't work when I buy from that dealer?

All new iPods come with a warranty, make sure that if you do buy the iPod make sure the warranty is under your name, its good for one year so if something goes wrong you can take it to a repair shop. Best advice pay with your credit card if you can this gives you greater protection, also get the extended warranty on the iPod which gives you 2 years of coverage so if the battery does get low you can have it replaced for free. Having this done out of warranty costs $40 more then what the warranty costs.
