Should I get the latest iPhone 5?

Hi guys.

I'm currently using a LG optimus L9. I have been using it for almost a year now. But it has a few problems (memory, display light, slow).
So I thought for replacing it with an iPhone 5, since it has 32GB, the display/screen is way better and it's faster, and I've seen the camera is great (all the oposite,lol). But the only problem seems the display lenght. So, I need your help, is it too small for typing, scrolling? Are you having any overall problems with it?

Personally, I'd wait until September and get the iPhone 6

The size for typing and scrolling is just fine for me. I have no real complaints with the iPhone or iOS.

If you can wait for the Fall, get the newest iPhone then so that you have the latest thing.
