iPod touch Should I give it another try?

I got my iPod touch when they first came out..back in September...but after having gone through something like six iPod touches (if I recall correctly) - I couldn't get one single unit without stuck pixels. Do you think if I go out and buy one tomorrow there's a smaller chance of it having a defect? Or do most of the new >week 40 iPods have perfect screens? Ironically, not one of the many I had were plagued with the negative black issue.

I also look forward to using the iPod to access my e-mail at school (something new since JB)
