First, I know what jailbreaking is, I've jailbroken my iPhone and iPad multiple times before but ever since iOS 5 I haven't and when Apple officially confirmed that the iPad 1 wont get iOS 6 (I expected that), I didn't really see the point in it not being jailbroken.

But since I haven't jailbroken in a long time and more familiar with tweaks that are for the iPhone, I have a few questions...

1. Any tweaks good for the iPad 1. Not the iPad 2 or iPad 3, I only have an iPad 1 so I only need tweaks for that. I know the top ones like sbsettings and bitesms, etc. Preferably free. Also I don't jailbreak to get apps for free (I like to buy them).

Any that gives you like an omnibar? or swipe down to refresh? Basically enhancements that Apple isn't offering or are offering but doesn't support the iPad 1?

2. Is there a way now to not have to loose all you game saves when you want to unjailbreak (for whatever reason)? Does iCloud solve this problem now?

3. Since my iPad 1 is already kinda slow, will jailbreaking affect its speed? I dont want it to be even slower than before.

Thanks

Feeling like you, I have just jailbroken my iPad for the 1st time since I found that it will not be getting ios6.

It has certainly not slowed down my iPad at all. In fact, with apps like iCleaner and "process kill/free memory" apps seems to be running a little snappier.
