I've had an iPad for about a year and I'm already kinda bored of it.
I do my mail, Facebook and some magazines from it but I don't feel any fun about it like I did when I bought it. Even now with Lion I kind of stopped doing my mail on the iPad because now it supports Yahoo mail too.

One of my biggest annoyances is that when I use Yahoo messenger, it logs me out when I open too many apps or safari tabs because it probably runs out of ram, is there an app to prioritize ram or improve multitasking?

What other things can I get from Jailbreaking my iPad?

I think you just need to look up what the top apps are and see what people are using their iPads for.

Do you read digital comics or manga? iPad is great for that.

Flipboard is a nice way to view websites and blogs.

But basically, if you feel more comfortable (hunched) in front of a computer... the iPad is not really for you.

I happen to love sitting on the couch, in an easy chair, in my car at a long drive through line, "in bed", with my iPad. I have less headaches, less backaches and just enjoy my digital stuff more.
