Today was probably the last possible day Apple would release their back to school deal...should i just risk it at this point and buy one?
 
Use your student Discount. Also, you'll have 14 days to return it from the day you get it / its delivered.
 
Check AppleInsider's price guide to see if Adorama or B&H have better deals/prices than Apple (they usually do)
