Should I keep my MBP or exchange for Air?

I just got my new 13in MPB today. I really love it, but I feel like the Air would be better. I'm doing word processing, iTunes, and medium internet usage. I feel like I should've gone with Air.. I've been hearing people say the Air is much quicker than the MBP. I already have an iPad so, I'm stuck. Should I return my MBP and get an Air? I need to keep it for 3 years. Thanks.

The reason for the Air to be quicker is because of the SSD, i would keep the MBP, as you can upgrade it down the road, the Air cant be upgraded except for the SSD i think, but is not a normal ssd so it should be a lot expensive i guess???
I'm planning on doing this myself, buy the mbp 13 now, upgrade later to 8 gb and next year a nice SSD when the prices go down....
