I mean, slide up from bottom it will show a list of inactive apps. If I don't kill them manually will it use up battery faster? For 99.99% of mobile apps (If not 100%) there isn't an "Exit" option within the apps
 
The consensus is don’t kill an app in the background unless it’s malfunctioning. Killing and launching apps uses more power than keeping them in the background.
If iOS starts running short of RAM, it’ll cull the background apps on its own, but leave the placeholder “cards” visible in the App Switcher
