Should I move to Snow Leopard?

I have iMac Intel Core 2 Duo 3.06 GHz 4GB.

Main programs (besides Apple provided ones)

Office 2008
Handbrake
MTR 3.0

Parallels Desktop 3.0 Build 5608.0


Will I have any problem running these with Snow Leopard?

Also, generally, what benefit is there to running SL?

Parallels will probably choke and you're not missing much to be honest.

Not probably, definitely. It won't even start up in Snow Leopard and you will need to update to Parallels 4 or 5.
