iOS Should I register a second, business, account for ADC?

Hello there,

I just wanted to order my developer account (99 bucks version) and stopped when I read a note about VAT regarding my order. It tells me to register a business account when putting in my VAT id.

I am quite unsure now what to do. Of course the best thing would be to just register another account, but I don't know if there are any problems with having two Apple Store accounts... does anyone know?

Is the Apple Store account I use to buy the ADC account in any way related to my iTunes account? Or to my developer account? Or is it for payments only?
