Should I replace new BIN or wait 4 it approve then update the app?

Hello!

I already submitted my new app to appstore 4 days ago, and today I just finished adding some useful features. This is a first version app. My question is:

Should I replace the new BIN and wait another week to get listed OR wait for 3 days when it is ready for sale then do update application.
