iPhone 7/Plus Should I replace this iPhone battery?

Picked up a cheap second hand iPhone 7 today. It has 512 charge cycles and 89% health. Should I replace the battery and is replacing the battery a complicated job on the 7? I have done the 5S and 6S before

I would, when you go to sell it, people will appreciate a new battery and pay a bit more. If you’re just trading it in, then it really doesn’t matter.
