In my office we have wi-fi.

I prefer to leave the phone connected on it because it is faster.

If I use wi-fi to get e-mails (No surfing) throughout the day, my battery capacity drops to like half (6:00 am to 3:30pm).

This is just recieving like 30 or so e-mails throughtout the day. At the end of the business day I checked usage and it said 55 minutes.

WTF?

So if I used wifi for like maybe 2 hours or so I could probably drain the battery completely.

Is that normal?

If i use edge it seems like I can use the phone all day and still be at around 70% or so at the end of the day.

It seems to be a wi-fi drain problem.
