Should I sell 2.4GHz UMB and buy 13"MBP?

I have an offer for my 13" 2.4GHz UMB that with a $280.00 apple store credit would cover the cost of a new 13" 2.26GHz MBP. Should I pull the trigger? Really could use the extra battery life and FireWire/SD card slot . The 1.5Gbit sata does not matter to me ( ssd will not be needed )

If you need the FW800 and SD slot then yeah, I probably would. I don't imagine you will notice the drop in processor speed. I came from the Early 2008 white MB 2.4ghz, to the 13" MBP 2.26ghz. I love it so far.

I woudl do it and have done so SD card is very useful along with all my fw800 drives.

If it wasn't for your stated need for firewire, I'd say to simply keep the 2.4 mbp.
