Apple gave me a brand new one after my one in warranty died. It's still in shrink wrap. I don't need it.

Is it immoral or should I just sell and if I ever need it I can just buy a new one?

Stupid question I know.

Don't see what is immoral about it.

Apple gave you a new one under warranty. Awesome. If you have no need for it, you should just sell it for much more than you would have gotten for your older used one.

Nothing immoral about selling a replacement computer. Your other one died and they gave you another. Sell it if you wish.

Nothing immoral about selling it, just don't list it as brand new as it more than likely a refurbished item. Unless it actually came in a sealed retail box of course.
