I have 2 windows desktops a MacBook, iPad, iPhone, apple tv. Only time I use the MacBook is when I travel. (light surfing) , to jailbreak my phone, and as a remote desktop in my vocal booth to control protools. I figure the iPad can take over travel and remote desktop and the mini could be used in a pinch to jailbreak plus it would be a welcome upgrade to the apple tv since my apple tv freezes and just isn't cutting it. Plus the MacBook is slower and dated and I'm sure the Mac mini would be much quicker. Anyone think I'll miss anything on the MacBook?

Sounds fair to me. Your MacBook isn't used much and iPad has replaced it so Mini could easily replace it, TV and one of your Windows machines

Do you think a 2ghz core duo with 2gb of ram and a new battery could sell for enough to cover the mini? The battery is dead currently but I'm gonna get a new battery before selling it as I know it won't sell for much if it always has to be plugged in.
