A bubble
So I'm in kind of a bind and I suck at making decisions, so maybe you guys can help...

So heres the deal, I did some work for a guy who is loaded, he decided to give me his old iMac in exchange for helping his son with tutoring...I currently have a white macbook 2ghz intel core 2 duo, 4gig ram and 250 hard drive. I am going to be getting into higher end design with photoshop, but not for another year or so...

Question, I put the imac on craisglist and can get 800 for it, should I sell it and then be able to get the new iphone and just save up for a better iMac down the road??

Here are the stats on the iMac::

White 20" iMac g5
2ghz processor
250gig hard drive
667mhz bus speed
Running Tiger OS
Has '08 office suite

Please help!

Sell it. Keep the cash or max out your MacBook (or get a refurb computer to complement your MacBook). A G5 won't be very useful soon...

i gotta agree.. the longer you hold it the less it will be worth, and in a year when you get into editting there will be better faster systems out there..
