I will be selling my early base 2011 13" MBP in two weeks and a few months ago I installed 8GB of Corsair memory. I would like to know if I should sell my MBP in stock form (4GB memory) and sell the 8GB of memory? or should I sell the 4GB of memory separately and sell my MBP with 8GB installed?

Every time I've tried to sell memory separate from the device (like when I upgraded the RAM in my iMac to 8 GB), no one wants to buy it.

Two 4 GB sticks of RAM from Corsair (what you bought)only costs $50, so you're not going to see that money returned. The overall cost of the computer with 4 or 8GB installed is negligible.

You're not going to get any extra money, but people will be more willing to buy your machine the more memory it has installed.
