iPod touch Should I take up on this itouch deal?

A guy at work earlier told me today that he doesn't want his 32gb because he already has the iphone 3G. it is still in its original box and still has the shrink wrap around it, as he's never opened it. the reason is because he got it in a back to school promotion last august for $299 when he bought the imac computer. anyway, he's offering $270 for the 32gb which i think is a great deal of course, but i only have about one concern as if i got it, i would only have about 6 months left on the apple warranty. still brand new though, never been opened...should still get it?

Of course buy it. And you can add an applecare to it. You don't have to be the original owner. And to save more money, look for an applecare on Ebay.

I got my touch from someone who bought an iPhone too and bought an apple care from Apple, didn't know about Ebay.

Go on Apple website. 60$ on Apple and 30$ on Ebay, so....
