I have an iPhone 3GS 32GB and I'm still running 3.1.3 OS (7E18). I haven't been updating because I don't use my iPhone. Anyways, I am looking to possbily get rid of it and my question is... do I leave it at the current OS so other people in other countries can jailbreak or unlock it (so I can outside of Canada)? It is locked to Rogers atm and has never been jailbroken before.

(I have not kept up with the OS, so I'm pretty clueless)

I'd tend to leave it as-is, that way people have more options what they want to do with it. Otherwise, I'd take it to 4.3.3 and jailbreak it. Get the most money out of it too if you can get it unlocked. Research that my friend.
