iPhone should I upgrade my iPhone 10 to iOS13?

I am getting a new iPhone 11 tomorrow and will be restoring from a iPhone 10 icloud backup.
Should I update my iPhone10 with iOS13 today?
Or does it matter?

Totally up to you. It will not make any real difference, as iPhone 11 will come with iOS 13 pre-installed and you can easily pull the data over from your 10, be it on 12.4.1 or 13.

On the other hand, installing iOS 13 tonight on your 10 might keep you entertained while you are waiting for your 11 to arrive.
