Should I upgrade to 3.1.3? Any advantages at this point?

Ok I didn't realize that: THIS UPDATE was out. Are there any advantages of a jailbroken phone on 3.1.3? My phone just seems slower than it was when I got it. I'm currently jailbroken using Pwnage tool 16gb 3GS with 3.1.2 and 5.11.07.

Does anyone know where I can find the full tutorial on how to do this? iClarified only has the first pic.

No there are no advanages. Wait for 4.0 firmware and jb and unlock for that. Do not upgrade to 4.0 till dev-team says it's ok. The jb is said to be out this month.
