Christmas is around the corner and i'm getting like 500 or 600 from my grandparents total. So I wanted to get leopard I guess. Plus I get paid this friday so I could get some other Mac accessories too.
 
dont see a reason why not to, if youve got extra cash you might want to think about upgrading the ram to the max your machine can take, that cant hurt.:)

Oh yeah. Upgrade to 10.5.6. It will really make your Christmas. :rolleyes:
 
Or maybe just for now buy Leopard (10.5.4 in the stores right now I believe) and only upgrade that to 10.5.5 if you don't like the issues people are talking about with 10.5.6. Remembering of course that there are lots of people that have upgraded to 10.5.6 and not had issues. :)
 
Wait until the MacWorld keynote just in case all of the insane people on here who think Snow Leopard is coming out then are right.

10.6 for Macs is only being announced at Macworld, running on iPhone Nanos right away though..
