Should I use H.264 in VisualHub?

I like high quality videos on my iPhone. I have VisualHub and have the setting set for "Go Nuts!". Should I also check the h.264 switch or will the video be better without it?

The file may be smaller and look alot better. H.264 is a very nice codec. Just note, if your not on a intel mac, the encoding will be very slow.

Smaller and better? Cool!

(And you are right! I am running a test and the H.264 codec is taking forever! At least 4x the length of mpeg or whatever that other codec is.)
