Basically I got an iPhone bumper and was using it. Then I read it scratches the phone? So now I'm wondering is it actually worth using, will the phone definitely get scratches? or should I just use the phone naked?

What causes the bumper to scratch the band is particles getting in the bumper and rubbing it with the band surface.

Basically bumper will give you a little bit of protection, if you want that protection then go use it. Using it with no case/bumper will obviously give you absolutely no protection. If you want to use the bumper get a skin for the sides do that it won't scratch.

Oh, so if I were to take the bumper off every night and clean the inside and the phone it wouldn't get scratched?

I think I'll definitely get a skin though, seems the best option.

Thanks mate.

Yeah that's what my friend used to do. But it's a hassle. So get a skin if you want to rock a bumper.

Me personally I just use a back and front film and a skin for the band.
