Should I wait until a website is fully loaded before using the web

On safari the page loads but all of it doesnt load until 2-4 seconds pass. I hear u are suppose to wait until a website is fully loaded or it will decrease battery life.

You can start browsing the site as soon as possible. Waiting longer doesn't save battery life.
