Should I wait?

Contrary to the trend of topics right now, I'm not talking about the iPhone 5! I am in fact talking about buying an iPhone 4 or an iPhone 4S. I just sold my iTouch 4 today to put towards my fund for buying it and I'm just waiting for the price drop.
My question is, when will that price drop be? Should I wait til the 21st or even beyond that?

Yep, the price is highly discounted by the carriers to sell the remaining 4S units. Doubt you will get any lower.

Sorry I didn't clarify earlier, I wasn't planning on buying directly from Apple or any of the phone carriers. I'm planning on buying from eBay or Craigslist.
