i know there's countless posts about this and everyone says not to worry but currently my battery cycle is at 80 and the battery health has been fluctuating between 89% - 94%, now it's at 88% and the FCC is at 5106. Condition is at "Normal". I've been reading that it's normal for the battery health to fluctuate between 90% - 100% but now it has dropped into the high 80s. the battery was bought new back in January, from apple. thoughts?

I'd say its a faulty battery or its not a genuine Apple battery, or it wasn't a new battery.
Battery should last 1000 cycles at 80%, so you're within normal. If it continues to degrade within warranty period, Apple will replace it for free. Stop worrying about it.
You'll drive yourself bonkers worrying about something like this. If you find yourself in the 70's within 80 more cycles, bring it up to Apple.
