Should my address bar look like this?

Up in the address bar on my new MBA, if the address is really long, the last few letters in the address bar appear faded out. If I click into the address box though, they are all the same color. I am trying to post photos that show this but they are not the best of quality. It should give the general idea though.

I just received this MBA this week from the Amazon 20% off from the Special Kindle Offers. It is the 11 inch, 4/128.
